Current rental rates affordable to households earning 100% of the area median income ($86,400 for a family of 4) range from $1,512 for a 1 bedroom unit to $2,160 for a 4 bedroom unit. Households earning less than 100% AMI face a much harder time finding units that are affordable to them. The Housing Opportunity Finder can assist in the search.
